Author's painting by a Ukrainian artist. The plot is based on the story of a warrior who defends his native land, Ukraine. The scene he saw took place on a spring morning, when the storks were returning to their native lands, but could not sit down on the ground for nesting. Enemy rushist's rockets prevented the birds from landing on the ground for a long time. War brings trouble to all living things without a choice.
