This etching is a reflection on time and the traces it leaves behind. The central form appears like a symbol emerging through grain and noise, evoking a fragment of memory or a signal surfacing from the past. Its architectural presence, mirrored by the water below, creates a moment of stillness — a pause between movement and silence.

I worked with texture and contrast to keep the image deliberately unresolved, allowing it to remain open to interpretation. The dotted surface and layered marks suggest distance, as if the scene is being viewed through time itself, like a faded transmission or an echo of something once familiar.
