Two original ink drawings on paper, created as a curated pair from my ongoing exploration of Old Masters reimagined through a contemporary lens.

Each drawing measures 23 x 31 cm ---- 9 x 12 in , and is made with ink , gold ink , and expressive linework. A meditative diptych exploring two states of being: one woman wears headphones, immersed in sound and inner emotion, the other listens without, open to the quiet of the world. These two portraits represent the intimate tension between inner experience and outward presence ,between sound as escape and silence as presence.

The pieces are sold together, carefully selected to complement each other in tone and form. They arrive unframed, rolled in a protective tube, ready to be framed as a diptych or displayed individually.
