The vast valleys of Tuscany in May captured my imagination.
Wildflowers in bright shades of red, yellow and green took over the landscape and dressed it in bewildering scents and colors.
The landscape I painted is shrouded in the mist after a heavy rain, when the thought is the first to cross the field, when the last drops still hang on the bent stems of the wildflowers, scattered in the fields between the paths that wind through the gentle hills of Tuscany.
It is an imaginary landscape, inspired by my travels and beautified by my creative mind.
I paint the edges too.
