This is inspired by a roadtrip in Mexico, driving home late one night and a golden moon rose over the valleys ahead, illuminating the roadside and foliage. My work is very much related to the relationships between human and nature and our desire to control it. The fence is broken in part and above it fly three birds against the horizon. Nothing is really ours and all is free. Or atleast that's how I hope the painting speaks to you.
