This is the latest in my London rain series. It is a modernist and hyperrealist work of a view of Trafalgar Square from the Whitehall direction.
the painting has been built up with combinations layers of thin paint and accurate detailed brushwork.
I have tried to capture the unique London atmosphere you get on a wet summers day.
