Original artwork description
It is a very large format painting, with soft, subtle colors. The painting, which is in a monochrome style , only concentrates on fine lines that stand out from the layers of paint like traces that lead into the unknown.
As in most of the artist's pictures, the subject is not the focus of her art, rather it is the feeling that it awakens when viewed.
The canvas is stretched over professionally made wooden stretcher bars and the sides of the painting are painted so that it can be hung without framing. The signature is carved into the paint when it was still wet.
