Original artwork description
Spring and autumn skies have a language of their own. At dawn and sunset, when warm sea air meets the cooling land, clouds shift into unexpected shapes. The light softens, stretches, and turns everything into a quiet spectacle.
This painting was inspired by those fragile moments between night and day. I often spend time among a herd of free horses, and I’ve noticed something beautiful: when the sun begins to rise, the horses lift their heads and turn toward the light. They stand still, as if listening. As if watching. Their manes and tails move gently in the warm wind, outlined by the glow of backlight. In that moment, everything feels suspended. Calm. Whole.
The work captures this feeling of shared stillness between humans, animals, and nature. It is about light, freedom, and quiet admiration. It invites the viewer to pause, breathe, and simply observe.
This piece will bring warmth and depth to a living space, especially in a room where natural light can echo the mood of the painting. It is not just a landscape with horses. It is a moment of presence.
The edges of the canvas are carefully painted as a continuation of the composition, so the artwork does not require an additional frame and can be hung as it is.
