This 5" x 7" framed painting by Ted Wates is a lovely action painting of cyclists participating in the greatest cycling race of all time. In the same way that Fred Yates favoured thick lashings of oils Ted Wates tries to emulate this. Of course in 2020 it is highly unlikely to take place and so this much loved colourful painting will be a great memento of this historic race.
