Hi,
Being locked in has given me a chance to paint some still lives this week. Here I have painted some of our home grown tomatoes.
I love the way that while they are in different stages of ripeness they give off brilliant complimentary shades of red and green. The work is painstakingly rendered in oils on canvas. The oak table was painted more quickly using vigorous horizontal brushstrokes.
