Original artwork description
This abstract landscape painting was made using various paint and print techniques including hand painting & then printing many layers of small areas of almost dry acrylic paint to create a ‘distressed’ textured finish. I was particularly pleased with the finished textures in this piece.
It was inspired by a field in Gloucestershire in summer.
Another abstract landscape from this series, 'Towards the Woods' (also for sale via my Artfinder shop) was selected for ‘The Director’s Cut’ by Woolwich Contemporary Print Fair July 2023 & shortlisted for their international exhibition.
This artwork is sold mounted but unframed. Please enquire if you'd like a basic white frame (UK customers only).
