One of those places that just takes your breath away! Cumbria, is one of the most beautiful and or-inspiring places in the United Kingdom. A place I love to capture in all seasons and light. Recent hikes have taken me to Ullswater, Windermere and here, the beautiful Derwent. Captured and painted at the edge of the day, as the light slowly fades, filling the sky with light and majesty. A piece to eternally treasure. One I have been working on for a few months. A beautifully original at large scale, truly a stunning centre-point for your space. Edges painted to match, arrives ready to hang and enjoy. Jennifer is a gallery represented artist, with the works being exhibited both in Newcastle Upon Tyne and the North, as well as Southern England in Berkshire.
Many, many layers of artist grade oil paints sing together. The colours are pure and beautiful. Subtle service textures give the rocks and mountains a subtle texture and 3 dimensional feel. Beautiful to enjoy all year round.
