The inspiration for this painting was a wonderful yellow and gold flower border at Great Dixter House and Gardens . Bursting with colour full of Evening primrose, Allium and gold and bronze Achellia. Rising above were these amazing Tiger lilies, such a beautiful combination of flowers
Tiger Lillies ,acrylic on canvas , created with a palette knife the size of the artwork is 50x40x2 cm, the painting extends around the edges of the canvas, It is sold unframed and ready to hang,
