Original artwork description
Three lovely women , belly dancers, dancing together.
The painting is more loosely done than most of my works , for a change. Also , I have taken the concept of "lost edges " to an extreme , with the lower part of the dresses disappearing. Concentration of the image is therefore on the upper body, the faces , and the arms of the ladies, as they dance.
Based on photographs I took in Egypt some years ago.
The painting is on a gallery canvas , and is painted around the sides. Framing is not necessary.

Winsor and Newton oils , Gamvar varnish
