Sunflowers are more than just flowers—they are a symbol of Ukraine’s strength, warmth, and resilience. “Threads of Summer” captures their golden glow against a deep blue sky, evoking the essence of a sunlit Ukrainian summer.

Part of my Threads of Ukrainian Soul series, this painting blends acrylic art with traditional Ukrainian embroidery. Along the side of the canvas, I have carefully hand-stitched a delicate Ukrainian ornament in white thread, adding a unique textural element that connects past and present.

This piece is a tribute to nature, heritage, and the deep-rooted beauty of Ukraine.
