Triangles in various colours dance in the background, some of the paint has run and forms a glaze. Colourful graffiti move along the lower edge of the picture. A female nude stands in front, light and shadow moulding her body, her long hair falling over her shoulders. In my work, I merge the figurative with the abstract, using oil colours to bring the scene to life. The combination of warm and cool colours alongside geometric shapes creates a dynamic balance that is thought-provoking while conveying a powerful mood.
