Landscape of Auvergne, France.
I never tire of painting this river carving its path through the rocks. The reflections on the water reveal a myriad of greens, showcasing the chromatic richness of the surrounding nature. The solid rocks contrast with the fluidity of the water. The trees in the background frame the scene, adding depth to the landscape, where each element, though winding and complex, harmoniously aligns to convey a sense of calm.
The white finish on the sides of the canvas allows for hanging without a frame if you wish.
Materials used:
This painting is painted with professional grade oil colors on a primed canvas. I prepare myself my canvases to create a texture specific to my painting needs and to insure them maximum longevity.
