Nothing makes me happier than the thought of springtime and the promise of warmer days and gardens filled with flowers so I have painted a lovely garden view celebrating the first sights of daffodils and their glorious yellow glow. I added chickens and a lovely green shed (just a couple of things I would like for my own garden) but I knew it was missing something so I had to add a curious cat waiting patiently looking through the window expecting it to be opened any minute and let in for his tea. Also don't miss who else is in the garden!
This is a large feel good mixed media artwork using acrylic paints and many layers of marks and colours, it's sealed with satin varnish the edges are painted white and it is ready to hang. The canvas is H36 x W24 inches deep edge.
This painting would add another window to any wall while keeping the joy of springtime anticipation all year round.
