I was impressed by this musical instrument during a concert, the sound is so pervasive and mysterious. So when I found some pictures of sitar players I went to work and I have sketched out some ideas. What interested me was to highlight the dance of the hands on the keyboard of the instrument and, not being able to hear the sound, I worked on the mysterious light that envelops the player.

Sono rimasto colpito da questo strumento musicale durante un concerto, il suono è così penetrante e misterioso. Così quando ho trovato alcune foto di suonatori di sitar mi sono messo al lavoro ed ho abbozzato alcune idee. Ciò che mi interessava mettere in evidenza era la danza delle mani sulla tastiera dello strumento e, non potendo far sentire il suono, ho lavorato sulla luce misteriosa che avvolge il suonatore.
