Ragaciems is a small fishing village with a picturesque beach, located near Jurmala (Latvia). The weather in the Baltic is very variable. Right in the middle of a sunny July day unexpectedly, gray rain clouds come and rain is poured. After 10 minutes, the sun shines again.
