Original artwork description
We spent a couple of weeks on the beautiful Scilly Isles a couple of years ago - visiting St Martin, St Agnes, St Mary's and Tresco. I believe this was a view from a tiny hamlet on St Martin, and it typifies beautiful old-world cornish buildings and the rugged landscape.
Watercolour is one of my favourite mediums as you can achieve beautiful layers of translucent colour, and create some wonderful impressionisitic works.
