This painting shows the lovely old building known as The Sadlers (even though it is now a cafe and caterering company) also the old town hall building on pillars and I had to include a glimpse of the No. 66 bus which goes to Oxford and Swindon every day.
This painting has been worked in many layers and has a lot of textures. There are washed of burnt sienna, mauves and blue greys over a collaged and textured background and textures added over with oil pastel and spattered paint textures. The painting comes mounted but not framed unless extra is paid, please contact me for this option.
Mixed media: collage, acrylic paints and inks, oil pastel on board
