I've carried out a few paintings of this West Sussex area. Some Plein Air, some in the Studio. I painted this following a drawing I made from a photograph. I felt there was something in the abstract shapes of the houses (although it became a little less abstract as I went on)... nevertheless, I felt it had some quality..
