When I created this painting, I wanted to capture the inner strength and quiet dignity of the figure. The red scarf is not only an ornament but also a spiritual symbol, representing bloodline and cultural continuity. His direct gaze is intentional—firm and profound—inviting the viewer into a silent dialogue.
I used heavy brushstrokes and layered colors to shape the texture of skin and fabric, relying on warm-cool contrasts to emphasize the play of light and shadow. The background was kept simple, with rough strokes framing the subject, amplifying his presence and aura of mystery.
