In this sculpture I have created a representation of a bee that has had to move away from its swarm due to the high temperatures caused by climate change. As a result, this bee has experienced serious mutations and has had to adapt its physical structure to survive in these adverse circumstances.
It is made with recycled everyday elements such as butane cylinders, pans, golf clubs and other utensils that are familiar to us in our daily lives.
