This impressionist landscape painting was inspired by a beautiful ancient apple orchard in Kent where I live. No mans Orchard is a beautiful place surrounded by woodland and now part of a nature reserve. the light is spectacular particularly in spring time when the apple blossom is in bloom
The artwork was created with a palette knife with acrylic, and the painting is full of texture and detail. I work by building up many layers of paint ,this is a large painting size 61x91x2 cm canvas, it is sold unframed and ready to hang.
