The Mittens in Monument national park in the United states of America are two large sandstone buttes surrounded by desert and other rocky formations.
Painted in an atmospheric impressionist style in muted pink, magenta and ochre colours with a dramatic stormy sky. I have tried to convey the atmosphere of a stormy autumn day in this dramatic American Landscape.

Painted using quality artists paints on a small square format 8" x 8" (20 x 20cm) canvas, with a varnish finish and white wooden frame with cord ready to hang.
