Artwork description:

"The Lunar Eclipse" is an expressive, limited-edition linocut print on paper, carved from linoleum and richly inked. This artwork combines hand-printed craftsmanship with a bold, illustrative style. The crisp lines and dynamic balance of forms reflect the moment celestial harmony slips into transformation. Perfect for collectors of printmaking, minimalist symbolism, or astronomy-inspired art.

Printed on high-quality archival paper, each print is numbered, hand-signed by the artist, and comes with a certificate of authenticity. Ideal for modern interiors, studios, or as a standout focal piece.

Details:
– Technique: linocut (hand-printed)
– Edition: limited (10)
– Paper: acid-free paper (220 gsm)
– Signed and numbered by the artist
– Certificate of Authenticity included

Artist Impressions:
Traditional lubok miniatures inspired me to create this work. Working on its composition, I tried to maintain the style of lubok art as much as possible. At the same time, I somewhat increased the colour saturation and the size of the image, as the original lubki were primarily printed miniature illustrations. The work was done using water-based Talence and Schmincke paints and 220-gram Fabriano paper.

Technical Information:
The artwork will be shipped directly from my artist's workshop, accompanied by a signed certificate of authenticity. I always take great care to ensure that my artworks arrive at customers in perfect condition and ship them with a tracking number.
I appreciate how personal and even intimate the acquisition of a fine art piece can be, so I am always happy to answer any questions you may have. Please do not hesitate to contact me—I am experienced with all technical details and always do my best to support the delivery of artworks.

Materials used:

Linoleum, ink, paper
