Original artwork description
The story behind this painting is very very touching - the dog is a former stray dog with very unusual fur color, who was found and rescued from the streets of Dagestan by one Estonian dog shelter, he was lonely very hungry puppy with no much hope for future. But luck got on his side and he was adopted by one popular Estonian blogger and named after famous Dagestani footballer Khvicha.
The pup swapped hardship for heartwarming fame, he quickly earned popularity that outshone his owners' and they make endless jokes about it. His life now includes countryside strolls, gourmet kibble, and frequent guest spots on social media. Yet, he never lost that quiet, rugged dignity of a dog who’s seen it all. This painting captures the moment he truly stepped into his crown—not just as a pet, but as a symbol of second chances.
