"The Heart Remains" is an original abstract landscape oil painting with 24K gold leaf detail measuring 20 x 20 x 1.5 inches, painted using professional grade oil paint on cotton canvas and stretched over a wood frame.
The painting is sealed with a final coat of high-gloss varnish for protection.
All sides are staple free, painted, and finished making it ready to hang.
Signed on the front. Signed, titled, and dated on the back.
The Inspiration: Creativity drawn from nature is a source of endless inspiration and chances to capture emotional experiences in subtly powerful ways. I think that’s why I’m always drawn to capture trees, clouds, and the horizon in pieces like “The Heart Remains.” The gold leaf details on the horizon line offer a unique lightness and awakening to the piece, reminding me of sunrise. Hearing about the impression each piece leaves with individuals will always be my favorite part of the painting process.
