“The Girl with Lotus Flowers” is a meditation on inner stillness — a moment when the external world quiets enough for us to hear the delicate movement of our own thoughts. The painting reflects a state of mind comparable to the surface of a lake on a windless day: calm, receptive, and illuminated from within.

The lotus, a symbol of rebirth, clarity, and spiritual awakening, becomes here an allegory for the birth of an idea.
