Original artwork description

An expressive, gestural, and structured impression representing the horrible fogs that used to plague London every winter. So thick as to virtually blind the people with just the odd glow of the street-lights, and caused by the emissions from coal fires, so sometimes referred to as smog.
Painted in acrylics on 100% deep edge cotton canvas; it is signed and dated at the back, varnished for protection and a certificate of authenticity provided. The overall size of the painting is 102 × 76× 2cm
