In the ancient doors, there is some attractive force. They seem to invite you into a fairy tale or, for example, in the summer.
I love summer, so such associations.
But perhaps you have other “loves” and other associations.
And will the door beckon you to Narnia?

And if you give a loved one such a picture?
Then your name will always be associated with pleasure
If it is difficult to place a small picture on the wall, you can use one decorating technique.

Any small image can be issued on a large passe-partout. The painting only benefits from this. And to observe a small rule: the more comprehensive the mat, the narrower the frame.
And small pictures are very beneficial to use in compositions that can often be changed, supplemented with other paintings.

The picture is painted in pastel crayons.

IMPORTANT!
Pastel is a lovely and durable material.
But there are features for its proper storage. It is imperative to arrange the paintings in a baguette and a cardboard mat.
Passepartout is needed so that the paint layer does not come into contact with the glass.
To not damage the pastel painting during transportation to the buyer, I make out the image in a cardboard transport passport, 2 mm thick. And I cover the image itself with tracing paper.
