Artwork description
The Willow tree changes with the sunrise light and has the illusion that birds sometimes look leaf like.
This artwork had many processes to make it come to fruition.
First as a linocut to make the tree, then two layers of screenprint ( birds and blue colour) and a final photopolymer etching plate for the orange sunlit willow fronds.
The artwork measure 40 x 30cm image size on 45 x 35cm paper.
Materials used:
printmaking inks on Somerset printmaking paper
