It is often not material things that bring us this feeling- it’s moments…..where the sun hits our face, the feeling of a fresh winter’s walk, or simply the sky turning pink on a clear summer evening. And then it comes, the feeling of warmth rushing through our veins, tingling on the skin, appreciation washing over us.
