This painting was born from a quiet evening moment by the water — a moment filled with stillness, light, and reflection. I was inspired by the contrast between the calmness of the boat and the vibrant energy of the sunset sky.

Using a palette knife, I applied thick layers of oil paint to create rich texture and movement. Each stroke was an attempt to capture that fleeting, golden light and the sense of peace I felt watching the day slowly come to an end.
