Original artwork description
This figurative sculpture has been created from one whole 12" vinyl music record (Eurythmics - "Revenge"), and mounted upon a 15 x 9 x 5cm thick, black acrylic block. The neon yellow perspex rod has been custom formed to create a sculpture that can be appreciated from all angles. The liquid-like figure has been created using various heat sources. Fine art practice contrasts with modern materials.
The sculptures are caught in states of movement, dance and musing. Function becomes form.
