I really love this Big Bend painting because it is full of positive energy. The artwork is painted with acrylic and wax pencils on paper.
I used a limited palette of colors, as I wanted the painting to be clean, a little naive and expressive. The colors pink and green enhance each other very well, and blue became a bright accent of artwork. Texas desert, mountains and cactuses really can create a special atmosphere at home.
Signed on the back and on the front.
