At the end of April, I went to see a psychologist to try to resolve the various problems that punctuate my life and which did not seem to have an explanation: anxiety, depressive states, lack of self-esteem, constant feeling of disconnect. At the end of the long session, a diagnosis is proposed: autism spectrum disorder associated with high intellectual potential. After a few explanations, it was a shock: the diagnosis put together all the pieces of the puzzle of my life. I finally feel complete, as if the only missing piece of this puzzle had been found.
This little personal revelation inspired this painting: in the mille-feuille of our personality, I found two new pieces. I therefore inserted the artist (in the middle), between the autistic (on the left) and the high potential (on the right), even if these are certainly only some of the facets that make me what I am.
The canvas is varnished and equipped with a hanging system.
