The Tales of Tiles series is a journey through time and place, exploring raw forms and textures.

"It all began with my fascination for broken tiles: found objects I discovered on the ground in my neighborhood and while traveling.

In them, I see the beauty of unique, abstract forms, each with its own story: the places they come from... the hands that worked them... the elements that further shaped them: wind, water, and earth.

From these found objects, small works of art emerge, continuing their story in a new context and bringing their colors and forms to life in 3D."

Tile on a wood block (MDF) with acrylic in a soft beige.
