Limited edition artwork on museum-quality Hahnemühle FineArt Paper (290 gsm, 90% bamboo fibers, 10% cotton), signed and numbered on the front and on the back, embossed with an authenticity stamp, comes with a signed and numbered certificate of authenticity.
A fine art photography piece designed to create space for thought. Perfect for gifts.
From the project “Synesthetic Letters”
Synesthesia is a perceptual phenomenon in which one sense triggers another automatically. In our case—grapheme-color synesthesia—letters and numbers appear in specific colors, sometimes even carrying textures or emotional tones. Each synesthete’s palette is unique, yet studies show common tendencies (for example, many of us see the letter A as red). Throughout history, synesthesia has been present in the work of well-known creatives such as Kandinsky, Nabokov, and Tesla, who often used it to enrich memory, language, and artistic expression.
In this project, we – two synesthetes, Dasha Pears and Jane Kristofferson – invite you to glimpse our inner alphabet: a world where letters are not just symbols, but vivid, living colors and concepts.
SHIPPING NOTE:
The artwork is carefully packed in professional, archival materials — strong, elegant, and made to protect fine art. Shipped with trusted couriers and a tracking link, so you can follow its journey home with peace of mind. If you choose two or more artworks of the same size, they’ll travel together in one secure package, allowing you to save on shipping (up to 10 pieces).
