Original artwork description
Lumious light sparkles and glistens on the surface of the water, highlighting the silver morphing patterns which reflect the sky above. Just about everyday at sunset I see the patterns reflected in the pool at our house here on the island, and just about everyday I am mesmerized by them. It doesn't matter whether the reflective patterns are on the ocean, on a pristine mountain lake, a swimming pool, or even a puddle, all these mediums share the one commonality of reflecting objects and light in an animated visual display of awe and wonder.
Original Oil painting applied with brushes on archival canvas. Painting is wrapped and painted around the sides, and stretched on heavy-duty stretcher bars. Painting measures 40" x 40" x 1.5". An archival varnish has been applied to accentuate the vibrancy of colors and help protect the original painting.
