The piece, crafted from expanded polyurethane, abrasive sheets, and acrylics, portrays a melancholic and contemplative portrait. The reflective and thoughtful figure encapsulates a sentiment of awaiting something or someone. The artwork generates a visual dynamism inspired by modern cubism, within an abstract and geometric style. The blend of unique materials, along with a diverse range of volumes and vivid pop colors, lends three-dimensionality and chromatic contrast.
