This painting features a dynamic tunnel-like composition, formed by layered, folded planes that spiral inward toward two glowing centers.

This painting, with its dual compositions captures the philosophical tension inherent in every choice we make. Two windows open into contrasting landscapes, never simultaneously in their “correct” orientation. When one horizon is upright, the other is inverted. When we say yes to one view, we say no to the other.

Like the architecture of decision-making, the angular forms create an almost labyrinthine feeling of passage. Each path pursued leaves behind a constellation of unlived potential. To commit to one direction is to close the door on countless others.

Hung in either orientation, the work invites the viewer into an existential awareness: every affirmation is a negation. The painting becomes not just an optical experience but a meditation on presence, absence, and the weight of choice.
