Original artwork description
The original inspiration for this painting came from a photograph of dolphins taken in Hawaii. To create this painting, the image was changed from the original blue sky and sea in the photograph, to orange to create a sunset effect. The dolphins were then silhouetted against the beautiful sky.
This painting has been produced using artist grade oil paint on board. A coat of professional grade art varnish has been applied to optimise the colour pigment, accentuate brush strokes and ensure the painting will last a lifetime. The painting has been signed and is sold in a handmade wooden frame, ready to hang.
The painting measures 16" x 12" (40.64 x 30.48 cm).
