"Parisian Pulse" series
In Sun on Terr. du Bord de l’Eau, I was drawn to that fleeting moment when the sun rests on the embankments by the Seine, where terraces meet the quiet surface of the water and the city’s rhythm pauses in a golden breath. Paris lives in these margins — between river and street, movement and stillness, where the ordinary becomes luminous.
Through expressive lines and attentive detail, the drawing celebrates that gentle glow of light on the river’s edge, inviting the viewer to feel the subtle warmth that lingers in the air, the echo of footsteps along the quay, and the silent joy of a day unfolding by the water. It is a meditation on how light defines place, how memory shapes space, and how even the simplest scene can become a quiet reflection on life’s immaterial beauty.
