"Sun Dance #6 continues my exploration of abstraction through the lens of atmospheric color. Built in acrylic on canvas, the composition layers interlocking planes of orange, coral, and hues of blues to evoke the rotational movement of a descending sun. The interplay between matte gradients and defined edges creates a controlled sense of motion - a visual 'dance' of light transitioning through the final stages of sunset. This work reflects my ongoing interest in how color and rhythm can transform a familiar natural event into an abstract, contemporary experience."
A layer of varnish has been applied to protect it against UV rays and dust.
Signed on the back, but it can be signed on the front by request.
This painting includes a Certificate of Authenticity and it's ready to hang.
The artwork will be carefully wrapped and packaged into a cardboard box.
