This painting was created from life during my summer plein air in Croatia. At that time, I painted many studies from life, and this one is one of my favorites.
The painting depicts a seascape with mountains on a sunny day in Pisak, Croatia. I love going there for plein air painting and have extensive experience creating artworks from life in this beautiful place. This is one of my favorite views. I personally love cliffs, the sea, and seagulls soaring over the water. It is probably the best view to bring peace and joy—by the sea, you always feel happy and content.

The painting is bright and warm. The harmonious colors capture the essence of a sunny day by the sea.
