Summer on the Pond was painted from sketches and photographs taken from my latest visit to Monet's Garden at Giverny. Blue lupins in the foreground take the focal point but the lily pads lead the eye across the pond to the far bank.

Painted with lively brush strokes and thickly applied vibrant oil paints; this is a unique and spectacular statement piece full of vivacity and drama.

Signed on the front and back, varnished and accompanied by a certificate of authenticity.

Chunky canvas, painted around the edges to provide a contemporary unframed statement piece, available for UK collectors only. International collectors will receive the painting rolled in a tube for safe international delivery and can be affordably stretched at your local framing store.
