In this piece, I aimed to capture a serene yet introspective moment under a summer night sky. The figure blends realism and symbolism, with dark hues against a twilight backdrop evoking mystery and depth. The floral pattern on the dress complements her quiet strength and gentleness, suggesting a narrative of resilience and grace.
The other night, for the first time since the war began, I went out at night despite the curfew. I couldn't sleep, and there was no electricity.
The city center was quiet and dark, creating a surreal feeling.
For texture before painting, a layer of textured paste with small glass particles is applied and then sanded for smoothness. Dutch acrylic paints Amsterdam and Italian canvas tm Unico were used. Finish - satin varnish. The ends are painted in the background color. Series "Life in Avatar". Created on and shipped on a pre-stretched canvas on a wooden frame. Painting is packed in cardboard box with bubble wrap. Artwork is signed and is accompanied by a certificate of authenticity.
